Koshy, J.This is a petition for police protection. In a petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, we cannot decide whether petitioner has got a right of way. Petitioner has already approached Civil Court. We are not expressing any opinion regarding the merits of the civil case which has to be decided by the civil court according to law. We can only give a direction to the police to see that law and order is maintained. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
