JUDGMENT

The learned Government Pleader on the basis of the instructions from respondents 2 and 3 submits that what was submitted by the petitioner was not a revised plan but was actually a new plan. Approval has been given to that plan according to the Government Pleader. Under the above circumstances, this writ petition will stand disposed of directing the first respondent Municipality to issue orders on the permit application submitted by the petitioner taking into account the approval granted by the respondents 2 and 3 to the plan submitted by the petitioner for construction of a commercial complex. Needful will be done by the Municipality at the earliest and at any rate within one month of receiving orders from the 3rd respondent. PIUS C.KURIAKOSE Judge dpk
