Koshy, J.The alleged detenue was present. We had allowed her to talk with the father and mother. She is aged 20. She is a graduate and she stated that she is not under illegal custody. She wants to live with 3rd respondent and they have already given notice for Special Marriage. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that 3rd respondent has not completed the age of 21 and marriage cannot be conducted. We are not going to those aspects. She is not under illegal custody and she is a grown up girl aged 20 and graduate. She is free to go where ever she likes. Since alleged detenue was present here, a copy of the judgment may be sent to the JFCM II, Kollam for closing the man missing case. The Habeas Corpus petition is dismissed.
