Koshy, J.This is a petition alleging police harassment. Government Pleader submitted that against petitioner's husband, crimes are registered and allegation was that he was involved in Hawala racket and police is only making investigations. It is further stated that there is no chance for police harassment as the petitioner herself is residing abroad. Police is free to conduct investigations and this court will not interfere in the process of investigation. If there is any illegality in the investigation it is for the petitioner to approach the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate . Recording the submission that investigation will be conducted only according to law, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
