ORDERThe learned counsel for the petitioners prays, the learned Public Prosecutor does not oppose the said prayer and I am satisfied that the identical condition imposed on the petitioners who all face allegations, inter alia, under Secs.332 of the IPC, when they were enlarged on bail, that they must report before the Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays, can now be modified subject, of course, to appropriate safeguards.
2. In the result, these Crl.M.Cs. are allowed. The said condition shall stand modified. The petitioners need hereafter make themselves available before the Investigating Officer only as and when directed by the Investigating Officer in writing to do so. Sd/-
