J U D G M E N T

Kurian Joseph, J:

Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree in L.A.R. No. 47 of 1991 on the file of the Sub Court, Kottarakkara . Acquisition is for the purpose of Pallimon Distributory of the Kallada Irrigation Project. The reference court enhanced the land value at the rate of Rs. 7410/- per Are. It is seen that there is no appeal against the judgment and decree in L.A.R.No. 45 of 1991 which was tried along with L.A.R.No. 47 of 1991. Total enhanced compensation is only Rs. 16301.25/- In view of the above circumstances and also taking note of the fact that enhancement is only reasonable, we do not find any merit in the appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. KURIAN JOSEPH,
