ORDERThe learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the learned Public Prosecutor does not oppose the said prayer and I am satisfied that the condition imposed on the petitioner, who faces allegations, inter alia, under Secs.379 and 120B of the IPC and who was released on bail as per the order dated 1/3/2007 that he must report before the Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays, can now be deleted subject to appropriate safeguards.
2. In the result, this petition is allowed. The said condition is deleted. But it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when directed by the Investigating Officer in writing to do so. Sd/-
