P.R.Raman, J.This writ petition was filed seeking for a direction to the Rent Control Court for an early disposal of the RC(OP) No.23/2006 pending before the Principal Munsiff, Kollam. Remarks were called for. As per the remarks offered, we are satisfied that there is no inordinate delay in the matter of disposal and we do not find any merit in the writ petition. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the entire matter has been settled between the parties. For the above reason, writ petition is dismissed.
