ORDERThe learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the learned Public Prosecutor does not seriously oppose the prayer and I am satisfied that the condition imposed on the petitioner, who faces the allegations for various offences including the one punishable under Secs.120B of the IPC and who was released on bail as per the order dated 10/1/07 that he should report before the Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays, can now be modified. I agree with the learned Public Prosecutor that it is too early to delete the said condition altogether.
2. In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed in part. The said condition shall stand modified. The petitioner need appear before the Investigating Officer hereafter only on the first Wednesday of every English calendar month between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. Sd/-
