This is a petition for police protection. If the the petitioner has got all the required licenses and the establishment is functioning strictly as per the conditions in the licences, police shall give adequate protection for functioning of the petitioner's industry. If the contesting respondents have any problem regarding the pollution and other aspects, they can file objections and if objections are filed, it should be heard by the statutory authority with notice to other side as expeditiously as possible. But, in the absence of any prohibitory orders, if petitioner has got all the required licenses and he is complied with all the conditions in the licenses, police shall give adequate protection. However, it is for the police and statutory authorities to verify whether petitioner has all the licenses and all conditions in the licenses are complied with. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. J.B.KOSHYJUDGE
