J U D G M E N T
It is admitted by both sides that orders have been passed in compliance with the interim order passed in the writ petition, though belatedly. The respondents have also filed an affidavit stating the reasons for the delay. In the above circumstances, I do not think it necessary to continue with the proceedings in this contempt case. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings against the order now stated to have been passed. Sd/- S. Siri Jagan, Judge.
