O R D E RThe petitioner is the fourth accused in S.C.No.763 of 2004, on the file of the Court of the Additional Session's Judge (Ad-hoc III) Kasaragod. It is stated that at the crime stage the petitioner surrendered and he was released on bail. Subsequently, due to non- appearance, non-bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner. The only prayer made by the petitioner is that he may be permitted to appear before court and seek for bail and that the said application may be directed to be disposed of on the same date.
2. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a direction to the Additional Sessions' Judge (Ad-hoc - III) Kasaragod to dispose of the application for bail, which the petitioner may present, on the same date on which the application is filed.
