J U D G M E N T

Though the petitioner has completed all the semesters in M.C.A. course and written the final examination, result in the 5th semester is not published for shortage of attendance. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the University submitted that shortage over the condonable limit is one week. Petitioner's case is that he was affected by chicken pox. Though the result is not published it is said to be positive. In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the University to publish the result after condoning the further one week's shortage of attendance within a week from the date of production of a copy of the judgment by the petitioner.
