KURIAN JOSEPH, J.R.P.8 of 2007 in O.P.No.26440/2002 Dated 10th January, 2007.
O R D E RThe Review Petition is at the instance of the respondents in O.P.26440/02. The issue pertains to the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the writ petitioner. This Court, in the judgment sought to be reviewed, directed the appellate authority to afford an opportunity for hearing to the writ petitioner and pass orders on merits on Ext.P3. This Court also quashed Exts.P2 and P5. Ext.P2 is the order of the disciplinary authority and Ext.P3 is the appeal thereon. Ext.P5 is the impugned order. The same happened to be quashed for the only ground of not affording an opportunity for personal hearing to the writ petitioner. Thus Ext.P5 alone required to be quashed. The judgment is reviewed to that extent making it clear that Ext.P2 will stand and what is quashed is only Ext.P5. The review petition is disposed of as above.
