ORDERThe petitioner is the accused in Crime No. 67/2007 of the Kanjikuzhy Police Station. The offences are under under Sections 353 & 225 r/w Section 34 of IPC and Section 55(i) of the Abkari Act on the allegation that he was seen engaged in retailed sale of liquor without any licence or authority on 25.03.2007. He is in custody since 30.03.2007.
2. Heard both sides.
3. It is hereby ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail on executing bond for Rs.25,000/- with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the J.F.C.M- I, Idukki and on condition that he will not get involved in any offence of a like nature and that he shall not in any manner interfere with the investigation. The petitioner is directed that he shall report before the investigating officer on every Friday at 10.a.m. until the final report is filed.
