J U D G M E N T

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Exhibit P1 application for temporary permit under Section 87(1)(d) of the Motor Vehicles Act on the route Walayar-Thrissur in respect of stage carriage KL-8 X 8998 in place of stage carriage KL-8 E 2772.

2. According to the petitioner, inspite of the receipt of the application, the respondent has not passed any orders so far. Without expressing anything on the merits, the respondent is hereby directed to pass orders on Exhibits P1 and P2, in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
