JUDGMENT

The petitioner has availed a loan to the tune of Rs. 4.5 Crores from the second respondent, bank. The same is evidenced by Ext.P1. It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that already 1.50 Crores have been released by the second respondent. The prayer in the Writ Petition is mainly for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to disburse the balance loan amount forthwith. The petitioner has already approached the competent authority as per Ext.P5 representation.

2. Heard the counsel for the petitioner and Sri. Muhammed Kunji who is appearing for the first and second respondents. It is agreed that a direction can be issued to the first and second respondents to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. Therefore the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 within a period of three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
