JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to remove the fencing put up by him on the southern side and for disposal of I.A.Nos: 3038/07, 3514/07 and 3516/07 on a near date. It appears that the party moved before the vacation court for a relief and the vacation Judge granted a modified order. Now the courts have reopened after the summer recess and it is submitted that there is urgency in all the matters. Therefore a direction is given to the learned Munsiff, Ernakulam to dispose of the above I.As within a period of one month from today. It is made clear that the Munsiff can dispose of the matter untrammelled by any observations made anywhere. Writ petition is disposed of as above. M.N. KRISHNAN Judge jj
