J U D G M E N T
Kurian Joseph, J.Smt. Shyma is present along with her father Ali Kunju. She says that she is duly and validly married to the petitioner Sreekumar and she wants to go with him. She is aged 26 years and she is working in an Engineering College. The petitioner is aged 30 years and he is also working in an Engineering College as Lecturer. Since the marriage is admitted and in view of the certificate of marriage produced as Exhibit P1, we permit Smt. Shyma to go with the petitioner.
2. There will be a direction to the parties to maintain peace and there shall be no disturbance to the peaceful domestic life of the parties. Needless to say that in case there is any difficulty to the peaceful life of the parties, it will be open to them to seek assistance of the police, in which case, the police will render necessary assistance. This writ petition (criminal) is disposed of as above. KURIAN JOSEPH
