O R D E R
R.BASANT, J.W.P.C.No.12747 of 2007
Dated this the 28th day of May 2007
The grievance of the petitioner is that no action has been taken on Exts.P1 to P3. The learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that though on an earlier occasion, the complaint of the petitioner was found to be not justified, the needful had been done at that point of time and no further grievance which requires attention by the police survives. I am, in these circumstances, satisfied that no further direction need be issued in this writ petition. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that respondents 1 to 3 undertake that the needful shall be done, in case there is any objectionable and culpable conduct on the part of the fourth respondent. The said submission is accepted and recorded.
2. This writ petition is, in these circumstances, dismissed. The option of the petitioner to make complaint, if there be any further incident and approach this court, if necessary, shall remain unfettered.
