R.BASANT, J.W.P.C.No.5645 of 2007
Dated this the 28th day of May 2007
The learned Public Prosecutor submits that crime No.188/07 of Valappad police station has now been registered and the investigation is in progress. Earlier complaints were enquired into and no action was found necessary. Be that as it may, it is now evident that the needful is being done by the police on the grievance raised by the petitioner. No further directions appear to be necessary. I have no reason to assume that the police shall not conduct a proper investigation into the crime referred above.
2. This writ petition is, in these circumstances, dismissed.
