K.BALAKRISHNAN NAIR, J.W.P.(C) NO. 3234 OF 2007
The petitioner challenges Ext.P8 order, by which he has been transferred from Thrissur to Chavakkad. By a transfer from Thrissur to Chavakkad, no serious prejudice is caused to him. This Court can interfere with a transfer, if the same is illegal or vitiated by mala fides. Going by the grounds raised in the writ petition, I find that no such ground has been made out by the petitioner. He mainly relies on certain personal inconveniences caused to him by the transfer. This Court cannot act on them. Accordingly, the writ petition fails. The petitioner may bring his grievance to the notice of the 2nd respondent. Subject to that right, the writ petition is dismissed.
