IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAMWP(C) No. 15132 of 2007(B)

S. SIRI JAGAN, J.W.P.(C)NO. 15132 OF 2007
DATED THIS THE 29th DAY OF MAY, 2007
The timings of the petitioner's stage carriage was settled on 6.4.05. The petitioner now submits that the timings granted to subsequent operators clashes with his timings and therefore his timings may be revised. I do not think that, that can be permitted, if the petitioner has got a case that the timings of the subsequent operators' clashes with his timings, it is for him to object to the timings given to those persons and to challenge the timings fixed appropriately as provided under the Motor Vehicles Act if his objections are overruled which is the procedure prescribed under the Motor Vehicles Act and Rules. This is all the more so since the petitioner's timings were settled only on 6.4.05. As such, I do not find any merit in this writ petition and the same is dismissed.
