H.L.Dattu, C.J. After arguing the matter for quite some time and after knowing the mind of the Court, Sri.K.Ramakumar, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ appeal.
2. Permission sought for is granted.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks 24 hours' time to remove all its
including furnitures and fixtures. Learned Government Pleader has no
objection to grant time till 5 P.M.
tomorrow for facilitating the appellant to remove all its
belongings including furnitures and fixtures.
view of the above, the following:
i) The writ appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. ii) Appellant is granted 24 hours' time from today which would end at 5 P.M. tomorrow to facilitate the appellant to remove all its belongings including furnitures and fixtures. If for any reason, the appellant does not remove its belongings within the time granted by this Court, the respondents are permitted to proceed from the stage they have stopped the demolition.
