The learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the learned Public Prosecutor does not oppose the said prayer and I am satisfied that the condition imposed on the petitioner, who faces allegations under Section 420 r/w. 34 I.P.C. when he was released on bail as per order dt. 25.11.2005 that he must report before the Investigating Officer on all Mondays and Saturdays at any time between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., can now be deleted.

2. This Crl.M.C. is allowed and the said condition is hereby deleted. It is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when directed by him in writing to do so. (R. BASANT) Judge tm
