Petitioner approached this court praying for the issuance of caste certificate. It is seen that there in an interim order in C.M.P.No.44120/2000 to issue the certificate. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the matter is under scrutiny by the 3rd respondent. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of making it clear that the certificate issued to the petitioner will be subject to the enquiry duly conducted by the 3rd respondent and the action, if any, taken thereon.
