The petitioners complain of non payment of amount awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Thiruvananthapuram in favour of the petitioners. The learned standing counsel on instructions submits that the amount due would be paid within four months. This is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of directing the K.S.R.T.C to pay the amount due as per the award within four months from today.
