The revision petitioner is the complainant in C.C. No. 1352/2003 who had initiated proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act which stands dismissed under Section 204(4) Cr.P.C. The revision petitioner has sought for an opportunity to further proceed with the matter.2. In the circumstances and considering the nature of the proceedings, the order of the court below is set aside. The court below is directed to permit the petitioner to further pursue the matter. He shall appear before the court below on 28.06.2007. The Crl.R.P is allowed accordingly.
