CHANAN RAM & ORS. v BOARD OF REVENUE FOR RAJ. & ORS. - CW Case No. 3024 of 2004 [2004] RD-RJ 113 (4 August 2004)
S. B. C. W. P. NO.3024/2004
(Chanan Ram & Ors. Vs. B.O.R. & Ors.)
DATE OF ORDER : 04.08.2004
HON'BLE SHRI N.P.GUPTA,J.
Mr.R.S.Chundawat for the petitioner.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
I do not find any sufficient ground to interfere with the findings of fact recorded by the learned Courts below, to the effect, that the allotment was, as a matter of fact, made jointly in favour of Gopiram and Nandram, as the application was jointly filed, and was bearing photograph of both the persons. In that view of the matter, it cannot be said that the land was allotted to Gopiram alone, and the name of Nandram was wrongly entered.
The writ petition thus, has no force, and is hereby dismissed summarily.
(N.P.GUPTA),J.
