MISS.SUCHITRA PANWAR v STATE & ORS. - CW Case No. 2845 of 2004 [2004] RD-RJ 141 (9 August 2004)
S. B. C. W. P. NO.2845/2004
(Miss Suchitra Panwar Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.)
DATE OF ORDER : 09.08.2004
HON'BLE SHRI N.P.GUPTA,J.
Mr.M.S.Purohit for the petitioner.
Mr.Himanshu Shrimali }
Mr.D.S.Rajvi } for the respondents.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The challenge of the petitioner is that some candidates, who had already been given admission in MBBS/BDS were again considered for counseling for admission to BVSC and AH, and on that account, the petitioner could not get admission, while such persons could not be considered in the counseling.
Admittedly, none of those persons have been impleaded as party respondents, who obviously will have to be uprooted, in case the petitioner's contention is accepted. As such, the writ petition cannot be said to be properly constituted for want of necessary parties. The same is, therefore, dismissed summarily.
