S.B.CIVIL WRIT PETITION NO. 3835/2001
Date of order: 10.8.2004
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE N.P.GUPTA
Mr. Sudhir Saruparia, for the petitioner.
Mr. A.K.Singh, for the respondent.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only prayer made in the writ petition is that the respondents be restrained from shifting the site of school from one place to another, and from perusal of the writ petition it is apparent that the writ petition is filed on some apprehension about likelihood of the school being shifted.
Suffice it to say that in view of the Division Bench judgment of this Court in
Udailal Vs. State of Rajasthan reported in RLW 2001(2) Raj.-999, so also in D.B.Writ
Petition No. 2573/2002 (Gurdev Singh Vs. State) decided on 1.11.2002, I do not find any sufficient ground to interfere in favour of the petitioner. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed summarily.
