RAM KUMAR & ORS v STATE & ORS - CW Case No. 197 of 2003 RD-RJ 180 (16 August 2004)
S. B. C. W. P. NO.197/03
(Ram Kumar & Ors. Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors.)
DATE OF ORDER : 16.08.2004
HON'BLE SHRI N.P.GUPTA,J.
Mr.Anil Bhandari for the petitioner.
Mr.L.R.Upadhyay Dy.G.A. for the respondent.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
It is a very strange case, where the petitioner claiming to be Khatedar of only 5 bighas land, got allotment of land as a strip of land to the extent of around 7 bighas of land. It doesn't stand to reason at all that the land under the garb of strip of land is to be allotted to an extent far beyond the original Khatedari of land itself. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned orders in my writ jurisdiction though on different ground.
The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed summarily.
