V/S
LR'S OF RANA RAM & ORS
Mr. SUDHIR SHARMA, for the appellant / petitioner
Date of Order : 14.9.2004
HON'BLE SHRI N P GUPTA,J.
ORDER
-----
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the order impugned. I do not find any sufficient ground to interfere with the impugned order in the writ jurisdiction. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed summarily. However, it is made clear that it will be open to the petitioner to assail the correctness, legality or propriety of the impugned order by raising appropriate grounds in appeal, if necessity so arises, and if petitioner so stands advised.
