HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE N.P.GUPTA
Mr. S.D.Purohit, for the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.
I do not find any sufficient ground to interfere with the impugned order in my writ jurisdiction. However, it is made clear that if necessity so arises, and if the petitioner so stands advised, it will be open to the petitioner to challenge the correctness, legality, or propriety of the impugned order by setting forth appropriate ground in the memo of appeal.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
