The matter comes up on application for early listing the case.

Vide order dated 17.9.04, show cause notices were ordered to be issued and copy of writ petition has been served on the opposite party. It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the matter involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the Judgment of this Court dt. 20.10.2003 rendered in the bunch of writ petition led by SBCW No.1649/03

(Hazari Ram Vs. State of Rajasthan and ors.). In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment dt. 20.10.2003, and accordingly, it is ordered that the order of correction of entries is set aside, and it will be open to the

Tehsildar to issue fresh notices to the petitioner, as to why the entries be not corrected as desired to be corrected, and after hearing such objections, as may be raised by the petitioner, the Tehsildar will decide the matter appropriate in accordance with law.
