It is agreed to by learned counsel for the parties that after passing of orders being
Annex.8 and 9 dated 29th and 30th August, 2002, vide Annex.R/1 dated 30.6.2003, a committee has been constituted and the petitioner's matter has also been referred to the said Committee for consideration.
In that view of the matter, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that Committee shall decide the matter after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Obviously, in that view of the matter, Annex.8 & 9 cannot stand. The writ petition is, accordingly disposed of.
