Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Perused the reply. From the perusal of reply, it is clear that petitioner has already been allotted requisite land. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to continue with contempt proceedings any more. The same are, therefore, dropped, and the contempt notices are discharged.
