Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on furtherance of the order of this
Court dated 24.5.04, the statements of Ramesh Kumar have already been recorded by the learned Tribunal. In that view of the matter, the writ petition has become infructuous.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. However, it is directed that the statements of Ramesh Kumar, as recorded, shall form part of record.
