Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Facts of the case are that the petitioner was initially appointed on the post of Teacher Grade III on 22.4.1988. The respondents in their reply, in para 3 admitted that petitioner was given appointment in accordance with the rules and by following the procedure.
The petitioner is in service from 1988 and now almost 16 years have already passed, the petitioner's services have not been terminated and it appears from the reply of the respondents that they have not even started any proceeding to remove the petitioner from service.
In view of the above, it is directed that petitioner's case for regulation of his service may be considered in accordance with the Rule and if petitioner is entitled for regulation, his service may be regularised in accordance with rules may relaxation of age limit if it comes in way.
The writ petition is therefore allowed as mentioned above. [PRAKASH TATIA],J.
