Division Bench kept it open to the petitioner therein to file representation before the respondents. This being the DBC Special Appeal No. 468/2004 (M/s. Narpat

Steel Pvt. Ltd. And anr. Vs. M/s. Raj. State Industrial Development & Investment

Corporation Ltd. And anr.), decided on 13.7.2004.

Accordingly, following the order of Division Bench, this writ petition is also dismissed, and it is left open for the petitioner to file representation before the respondents.
