STATE v KAILASH DEVI & ORS - CRLLA Case No. 155 of 2004 [2004] RD-RJ 84 (30 July 2004)

S. B. Crl. Leave to Appeal No.155/2004

(State of Rajasthan Vs. Kailash Devi & Ors.)

DATE OF ORDER : 30.07.2004

HON'BLE SHRI N.P.GUPTA,J.

Mr.S.N.Tiwari, Public Prosecutor.

Heard learned Public Prosecutor, and perused the impugned order of acquittal.

The learned trial Court has given cogent reasons for disbelieving the prosecution story against each of the accused person.

Having gone through the statements with the assistance of the learned

Public Prosecutor, I do not find any error in the impugned order requiring interference by this Court in acquittal.

The petition for leave to appeal is, therefore, dismissed summarily.

(N.P.GUPTA),J. tarun
