With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is finally heard at this stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the instant writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 20.10.2003 passed in bunch of writ petitions No.1649/2003 (Hazari Ram v. State of

Rajasthan and Anr.).

Ms. R.R. Kanwar, learned Additional Government

Advocate, does not controvert the position and agrees that the case is squarely covered by the aforesaid order of this Court.

In this view of the matter, the instant petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in S.B.
