Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the instant petitions are squarely covered by the order dated November 08, 2004, passed in S.B.Civil
Writ Petition No.4818/2003 (Vinod Kumar v. The State of Rajasthan and
Others). .Mr.Rameshwar Dave, learned Deputy Government Advocate, does not controvert the position and agrees that the case is squarely covered by the aforesaid order of this Court.
In this view of the matter, the writ petitions are allowed in terms of the order dated November 8, 2004, passed in S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.4818/2004
(Vinod Kumar v. The State of Rajasthan & Others) .
