SADHU SINGH v GURJAN SINGH - CSA Case No. 253 of 2005 [2005] RD-RJ 1284 (4 August 2005)

S.B.Civil Second Appeal No.253/2005

Sadhu Singh vs. Gurjant Singh.

Date : 4.8.2005

HON'BLE MR. PRAKASH TATIA, J.

Mr. GR Punia, for the appellant.

-----

Heard learned counsel for the appellant.

After going through the facts recorded in the two judgments whereby both the courts below concurrently found that the suit has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff

Sadhu Singh is not maintainable as has been filed by an incompetent person, I do not find that the courts below committed any illegality in view of the statements of P.W.1 and P.W.2.

No substantial question of law is involved in this appeal. Hence, this second appeal is dismissed.

(PRAKASH TATIA), J.
