Heard learned counsel for the appellant.

The appellant is aggrieved against the concurrent findings of facts recorded by the two courts below in judgment dated 17.2.2005 and 1st

June, 2005 of the trial court and the appellate court respectively wherein the two courts below concurrently found that the suit premises required for the personal bonafide need of the plaintiff. Both the courts below concurrently held that the plaintiffs proved their need for the suit premises and defendant will also not put to loss as he is in good position to take the premises on rent looking to his financial status. That was the issue relating to the comparative hardship and in view of the above finding of fact, I do not find any merit in this appeal.

Hence, the appeal of the appellant is dismissed.
