Learned counsel for the appellant submits that appeal has become infructuous in view of the fact that next election already took place for the Municipal Board, Bhadra.
In view of the above statement, the appeal of the appellant is dismissed as having become infructuous.
A letter received from the office of the Dy. Superintendent of
Police, Circle Nohar District Hanumangarh requesting that original caste certificate produced in the trial court is needed for investigation. The record of the trial court be sent to the trial court forthwith where the request can be made to the court by the said Dy. Superintendent of
Police, upon which the court may pass appropriate order.
