Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The only grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner filed a first information report against the
Deputy Registrar M.P. Soni and also filed a complaint against the then Joint Registrar Umrao Singh Charan and, therefore, the matter can be enquired by any other person than Shri M.P. Soni and Shri Umrao Singh but the Minister, while allowing the revision of the petitioner, sent the matter back to the Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies,
Jodhpur for re-examination.
According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter can be re-examined by any person except Shri M.P.
Soni and Shri Umrao Singh Charan and for that, the petitioner has no grievance.
In view of the above, the matter, in pursuance of the order dated 6.1.2003, may be enquired by any officer as ordered except by Shri M.P. Soni and Shri Umrao Singh
Chran. The enquiry may be completed as early as possible and the petitioner undertakes to cooperate with the enquiry.
Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed as mentioned above.
