The matter has been listed in the Court on a letter received from learned Additional
District Judge, Sri Ganganagar, wherein it has been mentioned that the matter has been settled between the parties under a compromise.
On asking, learned counsel for the parties submit that since in this matter a compromise has been arrived at then there remains nothing to be done and hence the appeal has become infrcutuous.
In view of what has been stated hereinabove, the appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
