PARSU RAM v STATE & ORS. - CW Case No. 3311 of 2004 [2005] RD-RJ 183 (20 January 2005)

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3311/2004

Date : 20.01.2005

Hon'ble Mr. Justice R.P.Vyas

Mr.P.C. Sharma for petitioner.

Ms.R.R.Kanwar, Addl.G.A.for the State-respts.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that this case is squarely covered by an order passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1630/1995

(Ram Singh Purohit Vs. State) and two other similar matters on 17.1.2003, whereby the order dated 31.3.1995 (Annexure-P/4) has been quashed. Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute this position.

Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed and the respondents are directed to grant third selection grade benefit to the petitioner with all consequential benefits with effect from the date it became due. The respondents will complete this exercise expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

(R.P.Vyas), J.
