Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The short prayer in the writ petition is that the respondents may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner in pursuance of the order of this Court dated 20.2.2002 passed in S.B.

Civil Writ Petition NO.476/2002 wherein this Court directed the District Collector, Pali to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by speaking order expeditiously.

The District Collector, Pali upto 28.10.2003 only sought certain clarifications from the State

Government vide Annex.5.

The petitioner submits that the clarification sought by the District Collector, Pali are absolutely irrelevant as all the three quarries made by District

Collector have already been answered by the decision of this Court in various orders and ultimately by decision dated 20.2.2004 delivered in the case of petitioner being S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1520/1999.

Accordingly, this writ petition is partly allowed and with a direction to the District Collector, Pali decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the order of this Court after taking into account all the facts which occurred after the orders passed by this

Court and after the quarries raised by District

Collector vide communication dated 28.10.2003 and after taking note of decision dated 20.2.2004 delivered in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1520/1999.

Copy of this order shall be supplied by the petitioner to the District Collector, Pali.
